We’re back now from our travels down under and into equatorial rainforests – we have lots of images and video footage and once we’ve had time to wade through it all we will eventually post links here to some of the best, so do keep coming back!

As well as coming to terms with the mountains of stuff waiting to be dealt with that have built up while we were away, we have been able to enjoy some of the lovely Easter weather last week, and yesterday the warm Spring sunshine brought out the bees and the butterflies:

wild strawberries are now in bloom here:

and of course lambing is at its height on many upland Pennine farms around Alston.
