Now is a great time to stay in our cottages and enjoy the beauty of our wild birds. You can wake up to birdsong and listen to our lovely blackbirds and thrushes who sing throughout the day at this time of year ….. watch the variety of small birds that often come to visit us including beautiful little long-tailed tits, and you might also be lucky enough to spot this greater spotted woodpecker seen several times recently at our bird-feeders.
