Welcome to 2021!

As we welcomed in the New Year everyone heaved a sigh of relief that 2020 was over and the prospect of a vaccine against Covid brought a ray of hope for this year.

However, we had to send our guests home on New Year’s Eve when we were moved from Tier 2 to Ter 4 because of the dramatic rise in Covid cases in Cumbria due to the new variant of the virus taking hold, but at least the children who stayed had a chance to enjoy the snow.

And just as the local ski slopes were reported to have good conditions for skiing, another National lockdown was announced!

However, we hope that next winter we will be able to offer last minute short breaks for customers to come and enjoy the snow once again.
